1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Win Maya platform — including its website, mobile interface, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Win Maya. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform. Continued use of Win Maya following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility
To open and maintain a Win Maya account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
- You must not be employed by Win Maya, any of its affiliates, or any provider of games or services to Win Maya.
- You must not be a self-excluded player or currently under any restriction that prohibits your use of the service.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment — not on behalf of another person, a business entity, or a syndicate.
- You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
Age Restriction
Win Maya strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21 years old. If we find that a registered account belongs to an underage player, the account will be immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited. We take this seriously.
Win Maya reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm a player's eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration
Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on Win Maya. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.
3.1 Accurate Information
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Win Maya account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Win Maya will never ask you for your password through any channel — including live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else or that your login credentials have been compromised, contact Win Maya support immediately so we can secure your account.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
Win Maya is required under applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, or other supporting documents. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is successfully completed.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Win Maya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
4.2 Deposits
Deposits are typically credited to your Win Maya account instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Win Maya does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for ensuring that the funds you deposit come from a source that is legally yours.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Standard processing times are as follows:
- GCash and Maya: within 1–4 hours for verified accounts
- Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay): same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱300. Win Maya reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
Important
Win Maya only allows withdrawals to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. This is to protect you and to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Win Maya offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and rewards — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rebates. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's page.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement (also called a rollover), which means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover will be clearly stated on each promotion's page. Failure to complete the rollover before the expiry date will result in the bonus amount being removed from your account.
5.2 Bonus Restrictions
- Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device, or IP address.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
- Win Maya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including multi-accounting, coordinated exploitation, or collusion — will be forfeited and the involved accounts closed.
5.3 VIP Rebates and Cashback
VIP program benefits including daily rebates and weekly cashback are governed by the Win Maya VIP Club terms. Rebates are calculated automatically and credited on a schedule described in the VIP Club section. Rebates carry a 1x rollover requirement; cashback terms vary by tier.

6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the Win Maya platform operate according to their individual rules, which are displayed within each game. In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.
Win Maya uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital casino games. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with human dealers operating under regulated procedures. Results are final once a game round is complete and confirmed by the system.
In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, Win Maya will make every reasonable effort to honor any bets or outcomes that were recorded by the server before the disruption. However, Win Maya is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Win Maya and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Creating or operating more than one account
- Providing false, stolen, or borrowed personal information or payment details
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Any form of match-fixing or manipulation in sports or esports betting markets
- Money laundering or using Win Maya to process funds from illegal activities
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorization
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Win Maya staff or other players
- Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions
Zero Tolerance
Win Maya has zero tolerance for fraud and cheating. If we detect any of the above behaviors, we will act immediately — including blocking withdrawals, closing accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement if required. Walang lusot dito.
8. Privacy and Data
Win Maya collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on Win Maya, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We collect the information you provide during registration, identity verification, and normal use of the platform. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Responsible Gaming
Win Maya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become a problem — and we take that seriously. The following tools are available to all Win Maya players:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
- Session reminders: Receive notifications after a set amount of time spent playing.
- Reality checks: Periodic pop-ups showing your session duration and net result.
- Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

10. Account Suspension and Closure
Win Maya may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion if there is reason to believe that:
- A player has violated these Terms in any way
- The account may be involved in fraudulent or illegal activity
- The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
- Maintaining the account may expose Win Maya to legal or regulatory risk
When an account is closed for a violation, any remaining balance — including bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. In cases where a player has not violated any terms, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after applicable compliance checks.
Players may also voluntarily close their Win Maya account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
11. Limitation of Liability
Win Maya provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — about the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Win Maya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
Win Maya's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
Win Maya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform announcement at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Win Maya after any changes have been published and the notice period has elapsed constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
